10 Things to do during your stay at our Javea villas

Javea is a historic and coastal town, proud of it’s natural scenery, clean, warm beautiful blue seas and coves. Popular seaside resort free of high rise buildings with the main areas split into 3 zones, Town, Port and El Arenal Beach.


The impressive Montgo Mountain overlooks the area with other interesting vantage points over headlands with trails and landmark lighthouses. Stunning 20 km of coastline with an Old Town and predominantly pedestrianised beachfront area.   • Walk the trail along the Montgo National Park. The summit sheltering Javea is over 750 metres – a good pair of trail shoes are required with a little scrambling the higher you reach. Tiring fun with breath-taking scenery.

  • Visit observation points around the fantastic headlands of Cabo de la Nao and Cabo San Antonio with lighthouses, paths, viewing platforms or sample the local delights in some cafes and restaurants. View the small island Cruz de Portixol along one route.

  • Spend family time playing and sunbathing on the small, enclosed and popular sandy beaches and coves of ‘El Arenal’ and ‘Grandella’

  • Discover fun and adventure with adult and child friendly activities in the resort, perfect for families. There are oodles of Water sports – nothing they don’t do here. Why not try windsurfing or Kite Boarding if you like the water.

  • Sample the many beautiful frontline bars and Mediterranean cuisine restaurants by the shoreline day and night along Avenida de la Libetad and the promenade at El Arenal Beach. The impressive Montgo Massif overlooks the area sheltering the resort. Take in the historic old town and port while you wander this holiday retreat.

  • Play Golf at the 9 Hole Golf Course ‘Club de Golf Javea’ and experience a wonderful setting against a backdrop of mountainous scenery for a reasonable cost per round.

  • Spend Thursday mornings at Javea Market on Plaza de la Constitucion with a good variety of fruit and veg, meat and fish products, household items, shoes, clothes and leather goods.

  • Visit the local towns of Altea, Calpe, Moraira and Denia by car, train, bus, taxi, boat.

  • Visit the Theme Parks of Benidorm some 75 minutes away including Terra Mitica ( Ancient Civilisations), Aqualandia ( Water Park) and Terr Natura (Zoo) and much more….
